On September 14, 2024, the first Yangtze River Culture and Art Season opened in Wuhan, and at the end of the opening ceremony, Wuhan City carried out a 9-minute and 21-second Wuhan River Beach fireworks display in Nan'anzui Jiangtan Park, which was the first fireworks display organized by Wuhan in 13 years since the fireworks were set off in 2011.
The fireworks bloom in the background of the Yellow Crane Tower, and together with the drone show and the light and shadow of the building, they form a three-dimensional stage with the sky as the curtain and the city as the scenery.

The surface of the Yangtze River has become a natural mirror, forming a unique visual effect of "light city + mighty river + fireworks".
The fireworks show is synchronized with the display of the Yangtze River context, and the drone first presents the Tanggula Mountains, the Three Gorges Dam and other landmarks in the basin, and then the fireworks echo with dynamic patterns.
The opening ceremony was co-sponsored by the Hubei Provincial Government and others, with the theme of "Continuing the Cultural Context of the Yangtze River and Creating a Chapter of the Times".
